The Culture Profile report generated by the Practicing Perfection Institute, Inc. is intended to identify the current state of an organization relative to its propensity for error. Additionally the report defines what can be done to move the organization to the next level; to 'best of the best' status.

The report contents are based upon information gathered through interviews with organization personnel, as well as insights gained from the Practicing Perfection® Culture Survey completed by the organization members. The report identifies the current cultural issues within the organization (the "master team"), as well as within the sub-teams that make up the organization. These are the issues that tend to set people up to make mistakes. Based upon the insights gained, recommendations are provided that when properly implemented, will significantly elevate the organization's Practicing Perfection® Index score. The organization will begin the move toward world class status.
